The Kebbi State Police Command has commenced the distribution of new police uniforms to its personnel, sparking jubilation and renewed morale among officers across the state.

The exercise, initiated under the leadership of the 22nd Indigenous Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D, NPM, is aimed at boosting the welfare and professionalism of police officers nationwide.
Personnel who benefitted from the exercise expressed appreciation to the IGP and the Force leadership, describing the gesture as a demonstration of commitment to their welfare. They noted that the provision of new uniforms would not only enhance their confidence and sense of pride but also improve their overall effectiveness in daily operations.

“This initiative makes us feel recognized and valued. It shows that our sacrifices and contributions to the safety of Nigerians are appreciated,” one officer remarked.
The Police Command assured that the distribution will continue across formations in Kebbi State until all personnel are adequately equipped. The development is expected to positively impact policing activities in the state, reinforcing officers’ dedication to maintaining law and order.
