Former Member of the House of Representatives for Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency, Hon. Dachung Musa Bagos, has called on Plateau youths to embrace entrepreneurship as a pathway to solving pressing social and economic challenges facing the state.
Hon. Bagos made the call on Saturday while commissioning Sane Village, a business and technology hub established by the Simplicity Group in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.

As the Special Guest of Honour, he lauded the vision and consistency of the Simplicity Group, describing the initiative as a remarkable example of what can be achieved when determination meets innovation.”
He noted that Sane Village stands as a symbol of resilience and an inspiring model of growth for young entrepreneurs across the Plateau.
Highlighting the vast potential of the tech ecosystem, Bagos stressed that technology and innovation remain untapped resources capable of transforming Plateau’s economy.
He challenged young people to draw lessons from the Simplicity Group’s journey and build enterprises that could evolve into conglomerates with national and global relevance.
In his remarks, the Founder and Managing Director of Simplicity Group, Mr. Samuel Williams Okposio, expressed gratitude to Hon. Bagos for his consistent support, recalling how the lawmaker believed in his business idea from inception. “What started as a simple concept has today blossomed into reality with the establishment of Sane Village,” he said.

Hon. Bagos also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that empower young people, adding that the project aligns with the developmental vision of Plateau State Gov , Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang.
The commissioning of Sane Village is widely regarded as a milestone in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment in Plateau State.
