The Emir of Zuru, His Royal Highness, Mohammad Sanusi Mikailu Sami Gomo III, on Sunday, paid a courtesy visit to the Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Garkuwa zuru at presidental Hall Birnin Kebbi, where he lauded the administration’s ongoing developmental projects, particularly in Zuru Emirate .
The Emir specifically hailed the construction of key road networks that have boosted connectivity, commerce, and the well being of residents. He described the projects as a testament to the Governor’s inclusive governance agenda.

Responding, Governor Idris reiterated his administration’s commitment to ensuring even distribution of infrastructure, social welfare and economic empowerment initiatives across all emirates in Kebbi State.

Meanwhile, the Zuru Progressive Forum, Birnin Kebbi Chapter, expressed appreciation to the State Government for prioritizing development in Zuru Emirate.
The Forum also thanked its members for turning out in large numbers to welcome the Emir during the visit.

The Forum further urged residents to continue supporting both the Emir and the State Government in fostering peace, unity, and sustainable development.
The Emir’s visit, observers noted, further cemented the long-standing partnership between the Kebbi State Government and the Zuru Emirate, anchored on mutual respect and a shared vision for progress.
